As described in the February 17, 2023 “Report of The River Club Community Association, Inc. Transition Committee”, the specific process detailing the transition of control of the Association from the Founder to the Property Owners is set forth in Article 4 of the Community Bylaws. Transition is not a single event, but rather a series of events intended to provide Property Owners with operating knowledge and information to ensure a smooth turnover and continuity of operations. The election of six (6) Owner Board Members is a significant step in that process.

The Founder will retain one (1) Board seat thru the end of the Development and Sale period.

The work of the Transition Committee is expected to complete in the next few weeks.
The Transition process is intended to prepare the new Board of Property Owners to manage all aspects of the Association’s responsibilities.

We want to recognize and thank all of the members of the various Transition Sub-Committees, the Nominating Committee, Covenants Committee and Welcome Committee for all of the work they are doing to keep The River Club a beautiful community to live in.

Managing the Association’s responsibilities covers a broad range of skills and we are always looking for members who can help.

For example, we have been extremely fortunate to have Justin Napolitano providing his expertise in technology support for many years.

As we all know, technology is critical to all aspects of our business, so we are fortunate to have James Willard join our Board. James will be heading up a Technology Committee for the Association.

Another area of responsibility is common area landscape. While much of the landscape is mature and beautiful, some landscape needs replacement or enhancement. Our Community Manager, Michele, would welcome help managing the landscape improvements.

Please reach out to any Board member if you want to get involved in any area of the Association’s responsibilities. If you have any comments or questions we encourage you to contact any Board member or

email: TRCCABOARD@riverclubowners.com

Thank you for your support.
